absolutely stunning decor, but what a pity the whole resort was very dark with limited lighting, we had to use a torch! , not to mention the noisy kids’ blow-up slide right outside my room! a complimentary welcome gift would’ve been nice as well. i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

It was just a fitting option for a brief retreat in Khao Lak with all in all brilliant value for money. Enjoyed lounging by the saltwater pool, it felt refreshing and unlike the usual chlorine experience. Make sure to explore nearby local eateries for authentic flavors!

Mai Khao Lak is a slice of paradise. With spacious pools at every block, we enjoyed peace and privacy. The staff's attentiveness truly enhanced our experience.

The gym facilities left much to be desired, with dirty equipment and disorganized use. This detracted from the overall experience, especially since it was peak season.

my stay at mai khaolak beach resort & spa was great! the villa with pool was super spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing. the food at sky restaurant and thalay thai was really tasty. I also loved the spa experience. it was a delightful treat! plus, being right on the beach was a bonus.
